Note that Impact Factor is generally assigned to journals, not individual authors or articles.  Several of the tools for determining H-Index and other measures of author-level impact are based on your cites in Google Scholar, so you may want to start with the guide tab "Google Scholar Citations" and follow the directions to check if your list of publications is correct and complete.
