Q. Can I request books through Link+ or ILLiad from OneSearch?

If you are looking for a specific book, you can search for it using OneSearch. Clicking on the title in the OneSearch search results list will take you to the Library Catalog.  If the UNR copy of the book is in use, or is missing, try clicking on the LINK+ button in the catalog to request it from another regional library.

If you do not find your book in OneSearch, use the LINK+ button above the search box to go to the LINK+ catalog.  Your search will not be passed through to LINK+, so you will need to re-enter it in the LINK+ search box.

ILLiad (interlibrary loan)

If you find a book in OneSearch that says "Check availability," follow the "Check availability" link to go to the OneSearch details page.  If this page confirms that we do not have the book, try the LINK+ button mentioned above.  If the book is not available through either catalog, click on the orange "Request" button that you see. This will pass you through to the ILLiad interface to request the item through interlibrary loan.

Note: Articles can also be requested in this way through ILLiad, but not through LINK+.
